We’re glad and proud to have been associated with Adroit since their early years. I’m the owner of property in Shastri Nagar, Adyar on which Adroit’s Origin is built. Adroit had earlier developed Aura One in Shastri Nagar. My visit to Aura One and the confidence Mr. Gaurav and Mr. Vijay showed, convinced me to go ahead with Adroit. In retrospect, that was a good decision. Origin is a well-designed and well-built, one-of-a-kind project. It set the benchmark for projects in Adyar – it was fully air-conditioned, had a gym, a theatre and swimming pool and other amenities that were unheard of for a project with 16 apartments. The professionalism Adroit showed in planning and executing the project had the hallmark of a top-class developer. The transparent manner in which Adroit conducted business in each and every stage, right from the JV agreement signing to payment remittance of our share was commendable. The fact that all the customers who bought at Origin are proud of their homes and have only good things to say about the project, shows that Adroit will become a force to reckon with in Chennai real estate in the coming years. I, the owner and promoter of the property at no. 177/178 (new no.) 146, West Ramalingam Road, R.S. Puram, Coimbatore having a total area of 16560 sq. Ft ( 39 cents) gave the same to Adroit Urban Developers Pvt. Ltd., Chennai, a leading developer at Chennai to redesign the property into premium apartments. I have been associated with Mr. Gaurav Goenka, Managing Director, and Mr. Vijay Srinivas, V.P. since 2010 for the development of the project “Ivory” in the above land and found them from the very first day of the association to be humble, clear and transparent in their dealings. Having completed premium projects in Chennai - Aura One at Shastri Nagar successfully and desiring to have their presence in Coimbatore they approached me. I visited their projects in Chennai and was more than satisfied to enter into an agreement with them. The project ivory is very well done to the delight of all the owners and inmates of the apartments. They have been compliant with all statutory norms and have done a commendable job in designing the expanse with sufficient circulation space, natural light and ventilation. They even went an extra mile to protect the residents of the apartment from water-borne diseases by providing an R.O. Plant, even though it was not a part of their initial plan. The quality of gym equipment and the space provided are good. They have been successful in selling their share of apartments. Having ensured an adequate and satisfactory maintenance period of one year, they have handed over all the shares due to us. In spite of having completed the maintenance period as per agreement, they are still open and approachable to an issue that arise in the day to day maintenance of the property. They are unbiased to all their customers and extend a helping hand whenever possible even if it means spending a few extra pennies. Our experience with Adroit Urban Developers. When we first thought of a joint venture, we wanted someone who had the experience of having delivered quality projects and also having the landowner's tastes in mind.
