First, I like to say thanks to Adroit for giving me such an opportunity to stay in their premises. This is the first property I am buying for my son, and I wanted to do the best. And I was searching for plenty of villas, flats and plots. I was not completely satisfied. Mr. Aravindhan contacted me, and he gave me this place to visit. I was afraid to see it, how it can work out for me as I had minimum budget. I was surprised Marketing team was so supportive and understood and they made us confident to buy. And now one among the family of Adroit groups. Thanks for all, marketing team, staffs, who I know and who I don’t know. Thanks for all. It has been the happiest moment that my son is safe and happy at Adroit.
I had bought an apartment off the plan from Adroit Urban builders in Shastri Nagar, Chennai. They have been sincere to their word, courteous and thoroughly professional team. Gaurav and Ramanathan deserve special mention due to their consistent drive to keep their customers informed of the progress of the construction all the way and answering any queries with honesty. At the beginning I was skeptical if they would achieve what they aspired to do in their website. With the project now completed, I shall not shy to say that they have exceeded my expectations and have created a landmark building. I wish Gaurav and his team many more successful projects.
Considering all factors which includes the ease of access, amenities, builder’s reputation, gated community. I have narrowed down to 3-4 options (Bashyam, ASV, Hiranandani) in OMR for buying. Finally chosen Adroit Artistica for its architectural design in addition to the above the factors mentioned. Happy to see the progress, as construction is in full swing. Best option for living and investment as well. Proud owner.
Buying a home in Adroit has been a great experience, the best thing about them is the quality of materials they use and also the effective use of space in every project of theirs. My experience in one project encouraged me to invest in their other projects too. Like most builders there have been challenges and issues with the apartments, but what puts them in a different league is that they just don’t stop by taking feedback but work on the challenges and put in their best efforts to solve the problem even after handing over the apartment. Not talking the legal language but understanding the challenges of the customer makes them different.
My special thanks to you and your team for finding us a tenant for our house at Adroit Altius house. Without your hard work, we feel that we would not have found a tenant in such a short period of time. It means a lot to us, for sparing your time out of your busy schedule in helping us finding a tenant.
I, Kannan Swaminathan, NRI from Dubai, presently residing at Chennai would like to convey my association with Adroit Urban Developers Pvt. Ltd., Chennai which goes about 5 years ago when they came up with their “The Origin” wherein I had an occasion to see their apartments and was totally impressed with their quality of work and the progress of the work. On seeing their project construction, and the timely delivery schedule, I decided to buy one apartment in their project, Adroit Origin at Shastri Nagar, and another apartment in their project Altius at Coimbatore. Their terms of payment also make to feel comfortable in making the payment as and when the required work was completed as per their schedule. I also noticed that there was no deviation in their plans and the quality of construction. Their accepted amenities provided by them were superb. They have provided the state-of-art gym, A.V. room, Video door phone at the entrance etc. are very impressive. I understand there are more and upcoming projects in their pipeline, particularly in Chennai’s prime areas such as Nungambakkam, T.Nagar, Alwarpet, Anna Salai, Raja Annamalaipuram, and in outskirts OMR, Thalambur etc. I take this opportunity to thank Mr. Gaurav and his team for the support which he has extended to Origin customers even after 2 years of handover. I wish them many more projects to follow and pray to God that their ventures are all of great success. I would also recommend whomsoever buys any apartment will be happy and be stay peacefully.
It was a quite amazing experience had with the people of Adroit group, right from the day one (first visit) till the time of handing over of keys. The Adroit people have exhibited a thorough professional approach with us in the entire process of acquiring a new home. In fact, the marketing person made us to go for this purchase of flat and really converted an ordinary enquiry into a sale of a flat for his employer and also, we are immensely thankful to him for after-sales service i.e. helped a lot in letting out our home in a short period. Our special thanks to Mr. Shanthanu, for his support and services at all times. Adroit, with the tag of Ahead thinking in advertisements, but in real terms, even the provisions for air-conditioners in all bedrooms, geysers in bathrooms not provided which are required as a basic need in today’s lifestyle. Hope you will take care these short comings in your future projects. If god’s blessings are there, definitely we will go for another one from Adroit in future as a satisfied customer.
